Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into the original Rocket Dog box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
